Customer Service Representative - Start Now

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that are passionate about providing a first-rate customer experience. This role requires someone who has exceptional communication skills and is great at conversing with a wide range of customers. You’ll strive to provide customers with a resolution and a positive experience.

In return you’ll be working in a friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth team with fantastic leaders. You will be given full training and will have ongoing assistance and support.  
 
This is based in Albany with great office facilities.
The working hours rotate between 9:30am to 6.15pm to 11:30am to 8:15pm (with a 45 min lunch break) and includes working one Saturday per fortnight (8.30am to 5:00pm). 

This is a temporary contract starting ASAP and is a great opportunity to gain experience in a corporate environment!

Your duties will include:

• Talking with customers via inbound calls
• Helping customers with digital services like logging into apps or resetting passwords
• Managing customer information within privacy legislation and internal policies
• Validating information 

  To be successful in this role you need:

• Experience in customer service/administration, this can be in any customer facing role
• A confident and clear telephone manner
• Lots of patience!
• Be comfortable using technology and using different systems.
