We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative who knows how to deliver exceptional service by understanding our customer's needs.

Your day-to-day duties will involve significant communication with internal and external stakeholders, investigations and problem-solving by phone and email. You will be able to multi-task between multiple software systems and be proficient with using MS office. You will have excellent organisational skills and an ability to follow administrative processes.

• Great attitude, commitment and customer focussed
• Proven customer service experience assessing customer needs
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to set/handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential (written & verbal)
• Confident, engaging, and energetic approach
