Customer Service Representative – Veterinary Clinic (Hastings)

We’re looking for an energetic, personable, and cheerful Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant vet clinic in Hastings. About the Role

As the welcoming face of our clinic, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their pets. You’ll confidently engage with customers, support product sales, and ensure our retail space is inviting, organised, and fully stocked. While customer interaction is at the heart of this position, you’ll also assist with stock management and provide administrative support where needed.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with a rostered weekend of 9:00am – 1:00pm (currently one in every six weeks), with a rostered day off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional service to clients both in person and over the phone helping to build strong relationships.


• Use strong product knowledge to confidently recommend the best pet-health items to support client and pet needs.


• Maintain appealing retail displays and actively promote in-store offerings


• Manage stock, including ordering, rotation, and inventory checks


• Support the team with general administrative tasks


• Pitch in where needed and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture
