We’ve been operating in New Zealand for more than a century and are committed to being there for our customers when they need us most. For our sales team, that means being an approachable, knowledgeable, source of information for our customers when they are considering their insurance options.

As an Insurance Consultant – Sales, you will be well-supported by your Sales Manager, our in-house training team, and your peers. Our thorough training and ongoing coaching will give you the confidence to provide fit-for-purpose insurance solutions (and peace of mind) to a broad range of customers.

Our role  

These are full-time, Monday – Friday roles that are a mix of work from home and regular office days. This position is perfect for people who thrive in a goal-orientated environment, enjoy having engaging, purposeful conversations, and love to be constantly learning.

At Chubb Life, our sales approach is all about providing our customers with the right information and asking the right questions so they can decide how best to protect themselves and the things that are important to them.

While some of our best people have come from contact centre or phone-based sales backgrounds, experience is not essential. In fact, we’re open when it comes to your work history – most important to us is finding people who:

  • Contact centre hours of operation are 8am – 7pm and you will work a set 7.5-hour shift within these hours, most likely 10am – 6pm, 10:30am – 6:30pm or 11am – 7pm to accommodate our customers and their availability
