Our business is growing, and this key role will support our sales teams and be the first point of contact for our customers.

THE ROLE

As a member of the team, you will maintain our data transfer service, ensuring outstanding supply chain performance and service delivery. You will enjoy varied projects and tasks and learn new skills. You will support our sales teams and customers with order fulfilment, information, solutions, and technical support. Our international customers will also require order fulfilment and support. 

Other duties will encompass a range of support functions for logistics, marketing and office activities whilst continually seeking improvement in systems and processes.

THE IDEAL PERSON

• Experience with delivery of a quality service to customers
• Wholesale import and distribution sector experience ideal
• EDI technical skills 
• Strong customer service ethic with internal and external customers
• High degree of personal integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – face to face, phone and email interactions 
• Practical, organised and a natural problem-solver
• Proficient with Word, Excel Outlook and relationship software e.g. Odoo, Agile, Capterra, Salesforce or similar
