The opportunity!

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for the performance of our Customer Service team who work cohesively between Sales, Operations and represents the customers' voice. 

What you're there to do:

  • Working closely with Production in our Auckland factory, manage the Customer Service team and guide them to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the customer service team to ensure customers are kept up to date with products, manufacturing and delivery capabilities and requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance and performance data, where required.
  • Coaching and development
  • Monitor competitor trends and report relevant information to management.

Your skills and experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in senior customer service role.
  • Agile in response to customer issues.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical knowledge around capability and product.
  • Well-developed people and organisational management skills.
  • Strong customer first mindset, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
