Position purpose
Carry out all day-to-day operational duties including offering assistance on Customer Service and Logistical enquiries, with an additional focus on the handling, filing and distribution of Japanese Export Certificates
Primary Duties
Core objectives include:
- Maintenance and processing of all Export Certificates
- Handling of frontline Customer Service enquiries
- Answering of phone and directing to appropriate personnel
- Assisting with Import and Export bookings for all markets
- General office administration including data entry, filing and general housekeeping for the operations teams as directed by the General Manager
- Direct liaison with Japanese head office to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

Key Performance Indicators
- All export certificates correctly distributed in a timely manner

- Accuracy of export certificate distribution (no lost items or packages undelivered with 5 business days)

- Strong work relationships with customers, service providers and all internal and external stakeholders
