Customer Service/Reception - Competitive Pay

You'll be working with a supportive and friendly team that will give you all the training you need to succeed in this role.

About the role:

• Meet and greet visitors to the premises
• Provide exceptional phone based customer service to a wide variety of customers
• Data entry and sales support
• Prepare and process credit requests
• Ensure sales orders are entered correctly
• General administration

About you:

• You love customer service and have 1-2 years relevant front facing reception and customer service experience
• You pride yourself on your excellent personal presentation, and would be proud to be the face of a professional business in a corporate environment
• You have excellent data entry skills - experience with SAP would be a real benefit but not strictly essential if you are great with Excel and learn new systems quickly
• You are available from - 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
• You are able to provide excellent references
