We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Customer Services Officer to join our [insert] team. This role is all about delivering a professional and responsive customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.

The role
Based at our Wellington branch, as a Customer Services Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling phone calls, emails, counter enquiries, bookings, and freight-related queries.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

This is a Full time position working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday and rostered Saturdays.

What you’ll be doing

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and enquiries professionally and efficiently


• Process bookings, freight enquiries, claims, and customer requests accurately


• Manage misdirected and undeliverable freight in line with company procedures


• Assist with reception, and operational support duties as required 


• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
