About your new role?
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional with either previous experience in an industrial industry or counter sales experience who enjoys a varied position. You will not be afraid to pitch in and support the branch operations who rely on team participation to succeed. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing orders and customer quotes via phone, email, and online enquiries.
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Internal sale support and counter service to our valued customers.
- Office Administration.
- Support of the operations with processing, picking, and packing of goods for dispatch to customers.
- Assist the wider sales and customer services team with day-to-day customer support.
About you.
- You are a Customer Service Superstar!
- Team player, with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Excellent communicator with a professional manner and approach when interacting with customers.
- Previous customer service, office administration experience.
- Previous experience in Industrial retail role is desirable.
- Strong Microsoft suite skills, Business Central is desirable.
