Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer service - Both customer facing and on the phone. Greeting customers with enthusiasm, assisting with queries and questions.
- Organisation of the kiosk - Keeping the information kiosk organised and tidy, taking details of lost property.
- Liaison with contractors - Maintaining key register, assisting with signing in and out contractors, communicating with mall security and cleaners.
- Supporting Head Office - Reporting any H&S or maintenance issues to Asset Management, assisting head office with matters that relate to Milford Centre e.g, delivering memos to tenants.
- General administration - Filing, printing, scanning documents. Community leases and fundraising.
