Customer Services Representative - Part Time

As a Customer Service Representative with CARTERS Palmerston North, your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service to our building trade customers in our Showroom and over the phone. This is a great part-time role that will suit someone wanting to work school hours from 10am - 3pm for a total of 24 hours a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct engagement face to face and over the phone with our customers
  • Identify suitable products and process sales accurately while promptly resolving any arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting Account Managers and collaborating with internal and external partners around lead times and to arrange prompt and efficient delivery to our trade customers.
  • Merchandise stock and maintain levels within the showroom.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general store housekeeping.
