Customer Services Specialist

The Role 

Working in our busy customer care contact centre based in Takapuna you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will thrive on working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with a strong focus on providing a “super amazing” customer service experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer queries, both on the phone and by email
• First call resolution
• Handling enquiries about our products and payments
• Referring or escalating calls and emails as applicable
• Continuously improve workflows to make the process more efficient and effective
• Exceed customer expectations by providing quality customer support

Key Attributes

• Experience in a customer service environment, although we are happy to train with someone who has the right attitude!
• Superior communication skills: verbal, written and listening
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Team player and all round superstar!

We are recruiting now for full time positions -  with either 8:00am or 10:30am start time, Monday to Friday!
