As Senior Customer Success Manager at AIPERIA, you are the central point of contact for our most important customers after the handover by our sales team. You will accompany customers from the connection of our solution through to daily operation and will be available to answer any questions with your friendly manner. An insight into your tasks:
Customer management and support: you are the central point of contact for our key customers, especially in the ultra-fresh sector, and are responsible for their long-term success and satisfaction.
Supporting the onboarding team: You will get to know customers at an early stage and take full responsibility during the rollout phase after onboarding.
Customer satisfaction and solution management: You will proactively solve problems and show customers the progress made and further recommendations for action.
Product development: You will work closely with the product team and play an active role in the further development of our solutions. You will collect and process customer feedback in order to continuously develop our solution.
Knowledge broker in the team: You pass on your many years of experience to the team, create best practices and ensure that new employees can work productively quickly.
Several years of experience in Customer Success (at least 3 years, better 5+)
Stations in retail/(retail) very big plus - the closer to the central planning problems, the better.
Ideally already gained experience in dealing with ERP and merchandise management systems or connected SaaS solutions
Confident in using tools such as Hubspot CRM, Salesforce or JIRA
Good communicator and enjoy working with customers
Business fluent German and good English skills
You are willing to travel once a month, be it for customer meetings or team events
Management experience and the assumption of team responsibility are desirable
