Customer Success Specialist - Imports & XTrade

We are seeking an Customer Success Specialist to deliver world class customer and operational support to our Import and Xtrade customers as part of the Kotahi Vendor Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience working across Vendor Managers, customers and ocean carriers. Some of the areas you own include:

• Manage the overall operational outcomes for our Import & Xtrade portfolio supporting our customers end to end delivery of goods into market.


• Manage the day-to-day execution of allocations, booking requests, equipment and transport, proactively identifying potential issues, resolving efficiently, and communicating to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.


• Develop and manage operational relationships with customers, carriers, transport providers and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction of equipment supply & bookings.


• Support the Import & Xtrade Vendor Manager with customer and carrier management activity, and profitability of the Import & Xtrade portfolio.


• Responsible for the creation and distribution of customer invoices, and the management of any invoice disputes associated with Import & Xtrade customers.
