As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll work directly with our customers over email, live chat and phone. Our Inbound Team focuses on helping our users directly providing valued support they require to maximise their experience using EP. If you love solving problems, are proactive and passionate about providing exceptional customer support - we’d love to hear from you!
We’re hiring 4 full time, fixed term team members to support us through the school registration season, from 12 January 2026 to 27 March 2026. We have shifts available across 8am–5pm (1 role), 9am–6pm (1 role) and 10am–7pm (2 roles). These roles will be based at EPHQ in Dunedin and may include rotating weekend shifts.
