Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Join Our Dynamic Customer Support Team


We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration to join our client-focused team, processing equipment applications.



Based in our offices in Airport Oaks Auckland, this is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.  You’ll play a vital role in supporting external assessors, handling queries, and resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.



This is not your average customer service role – resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex situations are essential for success.  Patience and a genuine desire to assist others, be that clients or colleagues, will come naturally.



Teamwork is at the heart of our success.  We’re looking for someone who thrives as part of a collaborative team, is happy to share tasks and responsibilities, and contribute positively to the wide variety of work.  You’ll work closely with others, supporting one another to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality results.  Together, Better.


You’ll have solid administrative experience in a busy environment, backed by strong communication and interpersonal skills.  As a tech-savvy professional, you’ll be comfortable navigating multiple systems with ease, have an eye for the detail, and will be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.  Previous experience working with a CRM system is a definite advantage.

  • Proven experience in administration within a team-based, fast-paced, client-focused environment

  • Confidence in handling complex and high-volume phone enquiries

  • A positive, enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, collaborate, and self-manage effectively

  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
