About the role:

Reporting to the Data Services Operations Lead, you will be working with an inspiring team who are driven to achieve positive results in a collaborative environment. The Data Analyst role will offer you an opportunity to apply your fresh, innovative, and creative thinking, while contributing to the Data Services team at the Heart Foundation. 

In this role you will support the whole organisation, ensuring that our resources are appropriately allocated, priorities are aligned with business needs, and all Heart Foundation users are well informed.

To be successful in this role you will deliver an excellent standard of data accuracy – to the highest standard every time. You will quickly understand business needs and have the ability to interpret what customers are asking for and to deliver the outcomes they require. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Over three years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing database systems and Document Management Systems.
• Excellent skills in data querying, provisioning, report writing, and data visualisation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• A motivation to make a meaningful impact.
• Technical expertise in database querying, data analysis, and system maintenance.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
• Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
