About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga

Embark on an extraordinary journey with a role that is the heartbeat of organisational excellence. As the Data and Audit Advisor, you will be collaborating with stakeholders to unveil insights that shape the future and offering strategic recommendations to guarantee adherence to our Quality obligations. This includes:

• Support in the development of a robust internal audit programme to evaluate effectiveness and compliance with the sector standards, company policies and processes. 
• Support in facilitating external audits to achieve accreditation and/or contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present audit findings.
• Support with analysing data collected from the organisation’s survey activities.

What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga

• Knowledge and understanding of the Privacy Act 2020, Health Information Privacy Code 2020 and the Official Information Act 1982. 
• Previous experience in auditing and project management is preferred
• Administrative Skills – able to keep thorough and accurate records 
• Highly proficient in the use of technology 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Good multi-tasking skills 
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage own time effectively 
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to teamwork 

This role is a permanent full-time position in our Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland CBD office.
