About us

Comcare is an established Mental Health and Housing provider assisting people with mental health or addiction issues to live well in the community. We provide a rich and diverse range of Mental Health Support Services, Housing and Housing Support Services.

About this role

In this role you would be:

• Utilising data to uncover trends and key business drivers. 


• Developing automated dashboards and reports. 


• Working alongside our staff to understand data and reporting requirements and then offering solutions.


• Presenting data and reporting insights.


• Working alongside our IT team to support the transfer of data.


• Ensuring our data and reporting solutions meet and evolve in line with organisational needs. 

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role, creating analytics solutions in business settings.


• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science or Business Data Analytics.


• Proficiency in BI tools, data visualisation and reporting.


• Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and data management best practices.


• Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across the organisation.


• A cultural awareness, knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
