Data systems and reporting analyst - Competitive Pay

Vetlife is a large veterinary practice with 26 clinics throughout the South Island.  Our administration office team based in Timaru, provides support to our Vetlife clinics.  We currently have an opportunity for a data systems and reporting analyst to join our finance team.  This is a new position and is suited to someone who likes to work with data to provide functional reports, enjoys the technical aspect of data but is able to use it practically to support; monitoring, change and progress.

About the role:

• Investigate and analyse data to create daily and monthly reports
• Coding and mapping of new clinics
• Create dashboards
• Work on finance projects
• Full time

Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in excel and data systems
• Knowledge of Qlik, veterinary practice management systems and finance would be an advantage
• The ability to see a project through with attention to detail, presentation and results.
• A critical thinker with an analytical and curious mindset
• IT savvy, and excellent team and communication skills
