Job Description - Database Admin & Customer Service - Contract
2-3 month contracts available
Auckland CBD and Grafton locations

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have 3 clients who are looking to get Database Administrators onboard to work on several projects. The primary focus on the roles will be making outbound calls and emails to existing customers and updating the database to make sure the company is meeting compliance regulations. You will also be doing database cleansing and other adhoc admin duties.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a Database Administrator or similar
Experience making outbound calls and confident on the phone
Strong administration skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate excel skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Available immediately or finishing a contract soon!
