About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Performance Objectives & Priorities: Support Tribe, Platform, CoE Lead, and business key stakeholders in defining and documenting performance objectives and priorities.
Agile Planning & Management: Facilitate agile planning and management of the program operating rhythm.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research and gather relevant data to support analysis of performance issues.
Position Papers: Support the creation of position papers for Tribe Lead and other key stakeholders.
Reporting: Coordinate the delivery of quarterly reports and support delivery of the program deep dive sessions.
Innovative Solutions: Join virtual teams to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions to tackle performance impediments.
Operating Rhythm: Support Tribe, Platform, CoE Lead in running the program operating rhythm and activities within the business unit.
Mission Management: Ensure missions are on schedule and within budget.
Chapter Artefacts & Ways of Working: Support the design and implementation of Chapter artefacts and ways of working.

Person SpecificationQualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management desired
Agile Leadership or Scrum certifications desired
Experience
8+ years experience in delivery management of projects and process improvements in a technology function of financial service organisations or top consulting firms.
Experience with Agile delivery practices, cost optimisation, and performance improvement in a Technology context.
Excellent stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project team.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Leadership experience desired.
Key Capabilities/Technical Competencies
Exceptional skills in planning, co-ordinating, and managing timeframes to achieve deliverables.
Scrum Master certification desirable; familiarity with Lean and Human-centered design desired.
Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
Proven ability to manage people to ensure effective delivery of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to develop sound business cases and position papers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of flexibility with the ability to find a path to delivery in ambiguous situations.
Comfortable building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong team player, courageous in raising ideas and issues that will help move the team closer to achieving outcomes.
Strong growth mindset with a curiosity to ask and learn constantly.
