Service Experience is the key implementation arm of this transformation. Through Service Experience we will implement the technology, processes and tools needed to land both our Future Service Model and Client Engagement Practice, while also transforming the way the Ministry delivers its core products and services for clients, staff and partners. • Fixed Term / Secondment to end of June 2025 • National Office, Wellington   The Delivery Lead is responsible for executing the value stream roadmap, focused on improving client outcomes. In addition, you will support the Directors Service Experience in the design and development of a new service design, service model and Service Experience Platform.     You will need: We are looking for an innovative individual, with experience in leading within large scale service transformation programmes within the public sector.   This is a once in a generation opportunity to change the way we deliver our services, and to have a significant impact on the lives of New Zealanders.  You will be instrumental in developing and implementing a new service experience for MSD.     We are looking for a candidate who will bring: • Experience in the successful delivery of time critical work pieces within a complex transformation programme • A good understanding of the mechanics of government • Proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment • Experience in navigating across the business to ensure contribution to the work is timely and impactful • The ability to create a positive and productive team environment   To apply, click the 'Apply Now' button to upload your CV, cover letter and complete the online application form.
