About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

You are a senior leader ready to make a real impact in the health and disability sector.

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of home based support services across central Auckland. Along with your three team leaders you will lead and manage the team of support coordinators and a dedicated workforce of 170 Community Support Workers, collectively supporting around 1,000 clients to live well at home.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will bring together leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement, health & safety, recruitment, and excellent client experience. It's a chance to apply your strategic and operational skill to deliver meaningful outcomes for your team and the people we support.
