Demand Planner

Our Sales and Operations Planning team play an integral role in getting our products into your eager hands. Even before we make it, we have some of the best brains in the industry working out what we need and when to satisfy the needs of our customers. Making sure we make enough of what you love the most, keeping track of what we've already made and what you are going to want tomorrow. We're looking for a Demand Planner for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Your Impact

As Demand & Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the monthly and weekly forecasts for the Coffee Channel. They will be accurate and robust forecasts that are flexible enough to continue to be updated for key account market intelligence, new products and large customer integrations. You’ll also use the Coffee demand volumes to order stock from suppliers and plan production at the CCEP coffee roastery. You’ll be accountable for highlighting supply risks and shelf-life exposure in line with our strategy and functional KPI’s. About You

The key to being successful in this role will be balancing the required analysis with your ability to influence and communicate to key parties. Your relevant supply chain planning experience and interpersonal skills will see you right as long as you enjoy thinking outside the square and have a passion for optimising opportunities that contribute to the total business and its objectives. You'll have an analytical but methodical approach and be well regarded for your precision and accuracy. You'll have strong negotiation skills and dedication. You'll be highly competent in systems - with SAP experience being an advantage. NZPICs CPIM or relevant experience in a FMCG environment would be desirable.
