Our Kitchen department is the heart and center of the hotel and you could be joining this great team as a Demi Chef with us!

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supporting the Section Chef by preparing, storing and serving a selection of dishes. 
• Responsible for food quality and maintaining brand standards
• Maintaining a hygienic kitchen and ensuring standard operational procedures are to HACCP standards and update reports daily.
• Maintaining correct levels of stock, ensuring correct quantity of food is produced.

What we need from you

• At least 1.5 - 2 years’ experience as a Chef
• Diploma and/or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
• Knowledge of a la carte and banquet service with modern and classical cooking techniques
• Experience working in a hotel environment 
• Flexibility to work shifts 
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties.
