🦷 Your day to day:

• Book appointments for new and existing patients
• Help create and maintain the processes and culture that exude customer service excellence, quality and efficiencies
• Work closely and ensure smooth communication and processes
• Complete administrative tasks with accuracy 
• Manage phone and email enquiries
• Clinical assistance which is not limited to chairside assisting, sterlisation and laboratory work

• You’re great at building rapport with both children and adults, patients and staff
• You have good attention to detail and a love of following through tasks to completion
• You’re not afraid of ticking off those routine processes that must be completed daily and thrive on organisation
• You understand that first impressions count, so you have impeccable personal hygiene, appearance and are well groomed
• A can do attitude
• The ability to learn and adapt to new processes
• Must have car and license 

 The finer details:

• Hours: 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) 8:00am to 5:15pm
• The candidate will need to be able to cover occasional other days during the working week to help cover those employees on leave.
• No weekends or late nights! 
• Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience
• On board training and career development
