Your role: How you’ll make an impact

As a Dental Assistant at City Dental, you'll play an essential role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring smooth, efficient care for our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures
• Maintaining excellent infection control and sterilisation standards
• Assisting with stock control and preparing rooms for treatments
• Helping to ensure the practice runs smoothly and professionally
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients of all ages

About you

You're proactive, reliable, and thrive in a busy environment. You're calm under pressure, have excellent attention to detail, and love being part of a team that puts patient care first.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a bonus, not essential
• A team-first attitude with great communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Confidence with learning new systems and processes
• A caring, professional approach to patient care
• Valid New Zealand work rights

Working hours:

Monday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:15am – 5:30pm

Thursday: 8:15am – 6:30pm

Friday: 8:15am – 4:30pm

Total: 34 hours per week
