Location: 143 Vogel Street, Central Dunedin, Dunedin.

Position: 80.00 hours per fortnight, weekend work required.

Department: Manchester / Home Décor.

• Is a highly motivated, well disciplined & career focused retailer
• Has the ability to motivate, develop & train a team
• Has management experience within a fast paced retail environment
• Has strong visual merchandising skills
• Is capable of achieving & maintaining excellent store presentation standards at all times
• Has the ability to work constructively & collaboratively with colleagues
• Has commitment, willingness & flexibility to "do what it takes", to ensure the success of the business
• Has a professional & business-like manner & appearance

You must have:

• Retail experience in leading a professional team with a 'lead by example' approach
• Big box retail environment experience or…
• Small box retail leadership qualities to enhance that big box retail career
• Strong business acumen
• Initiative & a 'Can do' attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to give direction and follow up
