Deputy Campus Manager

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Campus Manager to join our fabulous Auckland team.  In this role, you’ll work closely leading the team to ensure that the Papakura campus is a great place to work and study.  You’ll leverage your leadership skills to inspire and support the team to deliver quality programmes with successful learning outcomes.  In this role, you’ll engage with rangitahi and ensure their experience on campus aligns with our vision and values, and that everyone is supported to succeed.  This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the life of our Auckland campus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience and Environment  – work with Managers and Programme Leaders to create and deliver outstanding learning experiences for our rangitahi; inspire, champion and manage the team, ensuring they have all they need to be successful;
• Stakeholder and Sales connections - build positive relationships with stakeholders and industry
• Academic Excellence – support the team to ensure academic excellence is met
• Business Excellence - champion innovation, foster and set the example in continuous improvement; and drive excellence in our systems and processes

You’ll have:

• Relevant tertiary degree – adult teaching qualification beneficial
