About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi 
Asthe Design Team Lead, you will lead an exceptional team of creative designersand studio production coordinators. With your creative experience and guidance,your team will create stunning digital and print designs that engage andinspire audiences.

You'llcollaborate with Wise Group partners and stakeholders to meet their creativeneeds and ensure they understand the team's work. As Wise Group brand experts, yourteam takes pride in delivering high-quality results to help the Group’sorganisations achieve their goals. 

Atypical day in the life of a Design Team Lead is split between hands on workwith exciting creative projects, mentoring team members to achieve their fullpotential, managing workflow in the studio, and advocating design thinking inall directions. Prepare for a fast-paced and fulfilling role where you cansignificantly impact and inspire positive change!

Mōu: Aboutyou
Thereare some essential and preferred skills you'll need including:

  • A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Familiar with creative studio practices and workflows, and how to optimise them.
  • Knowledge and awareness of the design and print worlds, a passion for all things creative.
  • Great organisational skills, attention to detail and meticulousness in everything you do.
  • Experience with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Openness, awareness, and willingness to work with cultural design practices.
