About the role

As a Developer responsible for our Reporting Solutions, you will lead the development and maintenance of our advanced reporting framework. Using your deep knowledge of SQL, and experience with various reporting tools, you will create high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions for our clients.

You’ll ensure success in this role by: 

• Design, develop and maintain our custom reporting solutions, ensuring they meet our clients’ business. requirements
• Write complex SQL queries and optimise them for performance to handle large datasets
• Evaluate and integrate reporting frameworks and tools that enhance our reporting capabilities
• You’ll work closely with our Product and Development teams to define requirements for reporting features and implement them in alignment with our product strategy
• Mentor junior developers and share your knowledge on SQL optimisation techniques and reporting frameworks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and analytics.

About you

We think this is a great opportunity for a confident Developer  who possess the following:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
• A minimum of  5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on data reporting and analytics
• Expert knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
• A deep understanding of core relational database concepts including relationships, indexing and views.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MVC
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
• Passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve processes
