  • Participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous improvements in reliability and operational excellence.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code solutions and cloud automation practices.
  • Support disaster recovery, networking, identity management, and infrastructure security initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient platform operations.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience building and operating production infrastructure environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including multi-region deployments, IAM, networking, and managed services.
  • Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Proven experience owning CI/CD pipelines, release automation, deployment strategies, and release gating processes.
  • Hands-on experience with container orchestration technologies in production environments.

  • Experience managing production incidents and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Daily usage of AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within payments, foreign exchange, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with cloud-native identity and authentication platforms.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance frameworks in regulated environments.
  • Experience with enterprise database resilience solutions, such as Oracle or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience working within globally distributed teams and supporting 24/7 operational environments.

What We Offer:

  • Annual leave entitlement with incremental increases based on years of service.
  • Paid birthday leave.
  • Employee stock purchase program.

  • Paid volunteering day to support a charity of your choice.
  • Opportunity to work with a global fintech organization on large-scale, cloud-native payment platforms.
