Job Description - Digital Campaigns Manager - 12 month fixed-term

The Business

Our hardware and software are used by thousands of scientists and educators around the world in top research institutions. 



Your Role


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Campaigns Manager to join our global marketing team to cover parental leave for 12 months. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve our goals and exceed KPIs, ultimately driving revenue growth for ADInstruments' products.


Key Responsibilities include:



  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (calendars, timelines, global roll-outs with regional marketers).

  • Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and manage SFDC reporting.

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams and stakeholders for brand, product, and application campaigns.

  • Ensure campaign alignment with regional teams, optimize materials, and uphold brand guidelines.

  • Manage quarterly and annual marketing plans and budgets, adapting strategies based on performance and feedback.

Skills and Experience


This role would suit someone with previous digital B2B experience who can hit the ground running and take on new challenges with a global organisation. You'll be an excellent communicator and collaborator with proven experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, email marketing and marketing automation (e.g. Pardot or Hubspot).
