Reporting to the VP Creative (NZ), as Digital Designer you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class design solutions for use in the communication and marketing of our brands and products - Delighting our audience with beautiful designs! You'll be working on exciting out-of-the-box visual work.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver high-quality graphic design on marketing and social material for a range of Futureverse's key internal projects and partner brands.
• Work closely with Copywriters and Marketing leads to ideate, and design highly creative concepts that are true to brief and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with Motion Designers to storyboard and design engaging and dynamic motion assets.
• Understand and apply a brand's aesthetic across all design outputs.
• Collaborate and build relationships with Design Directors, Marketing and Strategy teams to become a trusted creative and design practitioner.
• Work quickly and confidently to explore a wide variety of options, and present to stakeholders for creative feedback.

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience and a strong portfolio of digital graphic design work.
• Experienced using digital design software tools to create layouts, mockups and visual compositions (Figma, Adobe).
• Ability to accurately estimate/scale design tasks and ensure the right balance between effort & value.
• Excellent communicator with a continuous improvement mind-set.
• Skilled in the use of type to convey both message and aesthetic.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A true team player - someone who enjoys a collaborative approach in a cross-functional environment.
• Ideally, you will be based in New Zealand, but we are also open to applicants based in Australia.
• Experience in motion design & the use of 3D assets (is advantageous).
