About the Role:

As a Digital Learning Designer at Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI), you will play a pivotal role within our forward-thinking People & Capability (P&C) team. Reporting to the Digital Learning Enablement Manager, you will spearhead the development of e-learning content that embodies 'best in class’ learner experiences. Your mission will be to contribute to the transformational journey of our digital learning initiatives, ensuring FSNI remains at the forefront of learning innovation.

As a Digital Learning Designer, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating closely with the Foodies Learning team and stakeholders across FSNI todeliver exceptional learning solutions aligned with our strategic goals.

Designing and developing cutting-edge e-learning and digital content that is engaging, relevant to the retail sector, and fosters an exceptional learner experience.

Directing external e-learning partners to support in content creation, ensuring alignment with FSNI's standards and culture.

Proactively consulting with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and deliver impactful learning experiences.

Working alongside the Head of Learning to future-proof our learning solutions, making them intuitive and impactful for our diverse workforce.

Championing and embodying the Foodies culture and values within the P&C team and across FSNI.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will need:

· A proven track record in designing innovative e-learning solutions, ideally within medium to large enterprises.

· Experience in retail or customer-focused environments, understanding the dynamics of engaging diverse audiences.

· A collaborative approach to working, with a knack for creative problem-solving and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

· The ability to manage high volumes of work without compromising quality, and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· A passion for staying abreast of emerging trends in digital learning and a readiness to challenge conventional methods to drive continuous improvement.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.
