Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for your clients. Own the relationship.
  • Assist in creating the digital strategy for your clients and provide digital consultancy.
  • Internally manage projects for your clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to get the job done—on time and on budget.  
  • Advocate for the client to ensure we’re not just ticking boxes. Meet objectives, challenge norms and keep innovation at the heart of everything we do.
  • Collaborate on proposal writing and client pitches.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to provide remarkable client experiences (our clients stay with us for years… and this is one of the main reasons why).
  • Strong project management skills (aka, the ability to efficiently and effectively get things done yourself and through other people).
  • Digital marketing experience (and most importantly, the ability to learn & grow, stay on top of current trends, understand a client's business quickly and focus on results).
  • You'll have analytics skills and know if it's worth doing it's worth measuring.

If You’re a Good Fit, You Probably:

  • Thrive in a small and growing team.
  • Are able to work across a wide range of clients and industries (from cake and whisky to property and auto parts).
  • Enjoy reading books, listening to podcasts and taking courses to grow yourself. 
  • Find yourself evaluating the customer experience on every website you visit.
  • Feel at home using project management tools.
  • Are comfortable in front of clients, on the phone, on video calls, crafting emails, and Slack.  
  • Genuinely care about people—your clients and your team. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years as an Account Manager (where you were responsible for client relationships and success).
  • Minimum of 3 years Digital Marketing experience.
  • Experience working inside a marketing agency serving external clients (desirable but not required).
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing (or equivalent). 
  • A focus on the details. 
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand.
