We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to play a vital role in driving brand engagement and growth.

WHO WE ARE: K+K Fashions is a family-owned + operated Kiwi company. The K+K fashion brand has evolved from ready-made clothes, menswear, and bedlinen to designing its own seasonal collections since the early 80’s. While the garments are designed by our production team, the garments are manufactured and sourced from all around the world. K+K has been size-inclusive since the mid-eighties, understanding that women of all shapes and sizes wanted, and needed functional yet stylish clothing.  In 2015, K+K introduced its sister brand Coco + Belle aimed to reach a new, younger demographic. Adding a new layer of modernity and a more fashion-forward feel to our overall brand. K+K Fashions also has an online store distributing nationwide, in Australia, and Worldwide. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: In our fast-paced, ever-changing, ever-evolving environment, you will be supporting the Marketing Manager and working alongside the Head Graphic Designer. 

You will be responsible for designing artwork for marketing emails, content creation and management of social media platforms, daily administrative tasks, involvement in the e-commerce back end as well as customer relations and retail operation support.

Skills and experience we would like you to have:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role. 
• Design experience and a creative eye.
• A proven level of skills in Adobe cc Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro. 
• Proficiency in social media tools with a passion for staying updated on the latest developments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be collaborative and constructive.
• The ability to pivot and problem solve.
• Great time management skills, with the ability to create quality work with accuracy and ability to meet deadlines. 
• A love for customers, everything we do is about providing exceptional customer experiences.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in digital marketing/eCommerce.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Social media management for 2 brands, including ideation, artwork creation, scheduling and reporting.
• eDM artwork creation and scheduling.
• Basic video and photography editing.
• Content management of website including creating graphics, photos, and loading content
• Supporting retail network with marketing queries and customer queries.
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing projects. 
• Assist Marketing Manager in a variety of tasks in e-commerce, customer relations, and promotional activities.
