We work with diverse and aspirational clients on digital projects, and we have budgets to push the boundaries on what's possible.As a Digital Marketing Consultant at Traction, you will:Manage your own accounts and build strong relationships with clientsUnderstand their goals and needs and develop effective digital strategies across multiple channelsImplement, monitor, and optimize your projects using various tools and platformsAnalyze and report on the performance and outcomes of your projectsStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM and Social AdvertisingTo be successful in this role, you will need:At least 3 years of proven experience in SEOA bachelor's degree in marketing or a related fieldExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and growIt would be nice if you also have:Experience in SEM or other digital marketing channelsExperience in working at a big four consultancy or digital agencyProficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc.What you'll be:Hands-on: You'll be willing to try new things and get your hands dirty (metaphorically!)Analytical: You'll be excited by numbers, particularly the ones that grow, and you'll be able to draw insights from them.Ambitious: You'll be on a constant search for improvement.
