Glengarry Wines was established in 1940 and is a 100% New Zealand, family owned company.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to report to the Graphic Design and Social Content Lead. This is a fixed term contract to cover parental leave.
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for managing the content of the Glengarry website to ensure that it reflects current activity, promotions, advertising, products and tastings. Ensuring accuracy and thorough information on products, producers and offers. Reviewing and reporting on activity, promotions, advertising and products, analysing the results and providing informative suggestions on future opportunities.

Key Activities Outcomes/Measures
Glengarry Web Day to day management: Day to day management of the Glengarry web site offering to ensure continued growth in sales with a focus on increasing conversion rates and repeat business. Review and manage the products on the web site to ensure the range is current and available for customers to purchase, that all products displayed are available and correctly displayed. Manage the store content online through management of the store web controller.
Activity Review: Reviewing activity and promotions online and in store to look for trends and opportunities in order to provide feedback on future activity planning. Measure conversion from online channels and report.
Promotional Activity: Ensure that the web site is changed over in line with promotional activity, including all tasting notes, brand information, product shots and product information. Test and check all online activity to ensure that the customer experience is maintained. Review and check the web site to ensure all advertised products – online and off are ready for online ordering. Digital publication linking and uploading, ensuring the customer journey is effective. Custom page set up, linking and always thinking of the customer journey and optimising it.
Tasting and Events: Manage the tasting and events information online, liaising with the Retail managers to load all information onto the website and schedule for email communication ensuring this is done in a timely manner.
Ongoing web management: Ensuring that the web set up for promotional activity is reviewed at the end of the promotion, custom pages taken off, kit sets updated and promo stock reviewed.
Graphic Design: Website graphic requirements, preparing the images for the emails and website.
Email Marketing: Preparing the emails based on the marketing plan, graphics prepared for the emails. Linked, tested and scheduled.
Growth strategies: SEO optimisation at the forefront of all work. Growth of online sales and reach the focus.
