Digital Marketing Manager - 12 months Fixed Term

Purpose 

The Digital Marketing Manager position is responsible for driving digital marketing execution across the Lunit Cancer Screening Group (CSG), including implementing digital marketing strategy, executing across regions, and ensuring successful delivery. When this role is successful, the Lunit CSG business will have a strong online presence, be well known in targeted key accounts, and have a data-driven approach to marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities 

• Own the Lunit website and manage requirements and delivery across CSG, Oncology and corporate  

• Work with regional teams to develop and implement ABM, SEO, Paid search and display, and social media.  

• Establish a robust marketing technology stack, including the use of AI, to streamline and automate key marketing processes.  

• Establish a robust lead management process, lead scoring, and nurturing.  

• Direct video distribution strategies, leveraging audience insights and performance analytics to maximize engagement and ROI.  

• Support organic social media strategy to drive engagement and expand brand reach.  

• Lead data-driven insights to identify trends, continuously improve the performance of marketing campaigns, and review allocation of resources.  

• Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search experiences, optimizing content for featured answers, generative search results, and conversational AI platforms.  

• Prepare monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. 
  
  
  

Experience & Qualifications 

Essential:  

• 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role within a global B2B and/or healthcare environment. 

• Intermediate Hubspot experience, including creating and managing a roadmap to support ongoing development and optimisation of the platform and its integrations. 

• Strong capability across account-based marketing, SEO, analytics, website management and email marketing. 

• Experience leading Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search experiences, including featured answers, generative search results and conversational AI platforms. 

• University bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. 

Desirable:  

• Solid understanding of AI and its application in marketing automation, campaign performance and content optimisation. 

What else do you need to know?

• If based in Wellington, and you will need to be able to work out of our Wellington CBD office at least three days per week. Of course, you are welcome to come into the office more often if that suits you!
