ABOUT THE ROLE
This very successful and well-known retail brand is looking for a new Digital Lead. You will manage the marketing team (of four people plus yourself) and help your colleagues to succeed. You’ll oversee all digital advertising, social media activities, email marketing, SEO performance, digital content production, marketing budgets and ultimately, digital revenue. As the e-commerce sales are strongly led by social media, you will excel in this area and personally own the paid social channels, spending 7 figures per year.

• Manage a large, $multi-million marketing budget.

They are well-established and have an impressive marketing team, all of whom are all top of their game. With an impressive e-commerce offering, this brand is well-known for innovative and cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 
We’re looking for an experienced candidate who can run a $multi-million marketing budget with confidence. As social media plays an important role in this company’s marketing, you will run this channel yourself, so you must have strong experience in paid social media marketing. Your experience will mean that you have either managed a team or are at the level whereby you’re ready to manage a team.
 

• Solid experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to retail e-commerce.
• Confidence with managing a large marketing budget of $multi-millions.
• Highly organised approach, with the ability to oversee several workflows.
• Strong, hands-on skills in executing high-budget paid social media campaigns.
• A data-driven approach with plenty of experience in A/B testing.
