Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Newmarket to play a fundamental role in driving digital marketing projects. Our App and Loyalty program are central to this.

You will also be responsible for:

Strategy and execution for our App & Loyalty programs,

Segmenting and optimising customer data,

Owning the online experience (websites, apps, e-commerce) inclusive of content updates across all channels that will improve online performance,

Planning, implementing, and delivering remarkable end to end national campaigns to drive sales and click through rates,

Contribute to the wider marketing strategy and execution to promote further growth,

Partnering with our Australian digital team to deliver website and e-commerce enhancements,

Working cross functionally across departments to achieve seamless execution in a timely manner,

Using our reporting systems to identify key trends and interpret them into marketing insights,

Marketing support across all 3 brands from time to time, with additional general ad hoc marketing tasks as required by the Marketing Manager.

Skills and Experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional to join a supportive and high-performance work culture. This role would suit a self-driven and proactive candidate who is seeking to make their mark in a global company with career stability and long-term progression.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 2 years of experience within a digital marketing role or similar role,

Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content creation,

Prior experience using Marketing Automation systems (Oracle Responsys or similar), CRMS (Umbraco is favourable), google analytics and Power BI is preferred,

Solid experience in campaign management, media management, work with creative agencies and an understanding of the media landscape,

The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritise accordingly,

The capacity to take initiative, problem solve and make decisions to tight deadlines,

A creative and innovative flair, with the ability to think outside the box.
