We’re looking for a Digital Media & Content Creator to join our marketing team at Waikato Milking Systems’ global HQ in Horotiu.

In this office-based role, you’ll take the lead in sharing our story across social platforms — from crafting compelling content to engaging directly with our audience. Your creativity and digital know-how will help grow our brand both in New Zealand and around the world.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Creating and leading social media strategies that tell our story and connect with our audience
• Designing, writing, and editing engaging content (text, images, video)
• Scheduling posts and running social ad campaigns
• Managing and growing our online communities
• Monitoring trends and analysing performance to inform content decisions
• Attending events and generating real-time, relevant content
• Generating content for our internal learning management system (e.g. SOPs, videos, instruction guides)

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar)
• Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in B2C social media/content creation
• Strong content creation skills across formats and platforms
• Confidence using Meta Business Suite, CMS tools, and analytics platforms
• An eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a proactive approach to your work
• A team player attitude with great communication skills
• Bonus: knowledge of SEO and keyword research
