Are you a digital marketing whiz with a passion for health and fitness? Do you thrive on planning creative campaigns, analysing results, and driving real impact across paid and organic channels? 

Jetts NZ is on the lookout for a Digital Media Specialist to join our high-performing, fun-loving Marketing team! This is a permanent full-time role based at our Support Office in Albany, with flexibility to work from home up to one day a week. 

In this role, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and play a key part in shaping Jetts’ digital presence across New Zealand. You’ll have the support of the wider FLG (Fitness and Lifestyle Group) marketing team while taking hands on ownership of digital campaign execution, performance, and reporting across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Bing. 

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s hands-on, data-savvy, and ready to drive results in a fast-paced, supportive environment. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

Campaign Management: 

  • Plan, execute, and optimise always-on digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Bing with a primary focus on performance driven objectives 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including ad trafficking, creative rotation, budget pacing, and conversion tracking 

  • Develop audience targeting strategies leveraging first-party data, lookalike audiences, custom intent, and demographic/interest-based targeting 

  • Forecast campaign performance, track spend against budget, and flag risks or opportunities for optimisation 

Platform Expertise: 

  • Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm updates and best practices across all platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing 

  • Utilise platform-specific tools and features (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Meta Advantage+, TikTok Ads Manager, Bing AI tools) to enhance campaign performance 

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis using in-platform insights, audience research tools, and industry benchmarks 

  • Translate platform analytics into actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation 

Organic Social Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement an effective organic social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives 

  • Manage and create engaging content in collaboration with the in-house production team 

Social Media Management: 

  • Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to audience engagement, with support from our customer service team 

  • Analyse and report on social media performance metrics 

If you… 

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, 

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with hands-on platform management and optimisation 

  • Know your way around Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok, Bing, and YouTube Ads Managers 

  • Have a knack for analysing performance data and making informed decisions 

  • Are a great communicator, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities 

  • Are self-driven and excited by the opportunity to grow a brand in the fitness space
