Job Description - Digital Programme Coordinator

This role is a Fixed Term Contract till June/July 2027

We’re looking for a Programme Coordinator who is a natural organiser, confident communicator, and proactive self‑starter to support delivery of Enterprise and Cyber Security technology improvements into a live, operational environment.

As the Programme Coordinator you will join the Digital Project Management Office and become part of a supportive and high-performing team.

You may have a background in Programme or Project Coordination or have been a methodical BA looking to move into Programme Coordination. If you feel you have what it takes, we are looking forward to receiving your application.

About the role

This Role will work directly with Programme and Project Managers to organise and administer programme objectives, reports, controls and information. It is crucial to ensure that all elements of the project are well-coordinated and managed.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting Programme and Project Managers by ensuring there are consistent controls including risk, issue, actions and change management
  • Coordinating and tracking large numbers of physical assets
  • Assist with programme administration and management of changes
  • Engage with business owners to negotiate technology change windows and seek approvals
  • Ensuring delivery compliance by following approved processes
  • Schedule management including running regular planning sessions with suppliers and internal Airport teams
  • Ensure delivery artefacts and progress updates are recorded and maintained
  • Providing clear and effective communications to stakeholders in various forums, and written channels.
  • Development and production of programme and project level reporting, and support programme manager in achieving reporting deadlines.
  • Create and maintain organised, logical document structures so documents can be easily found and used.
  • Assisting Programme and Project Managers with procurement of hardware and equipment, managing vendors and suppliers, logistics and supply chain.

What you’ll bring to the role

To ensure your success in this role, you will need:

  • Industry or tertiary qualification in Project management or ITIL, and/or Business analysis, Six Sigma equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large PMO delivery environment as a Programme or Project Coordinator or experienced business analyst
  • Working knowledge of digital technology, and preferably a good understanding of infrastructure and network technology
  • Experience in large and complex business environments

·       Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills

  • Problem identification, analysis and resolution
  • Report production and distribution
  • Ability to work in a changing environment autonomously and with minimum direction.
