The Role

A newly created role, you will lead the delivery of Aurora's digital transformation journey. With the foundations set in IT, Aurora is underway in delivery of its Digital Enablement plan enabling it to best support the growth the network and the communities it serves.

Reporting directly to the GM Digital Transformation and leading a small team of Project Managers and a Business Analyst you will oversee the programme and drive continuous improvement within the digital space. This will include automating processes to drive efficiencies and put in place frameworks that enable future investment decisions.

You'll get to work closely with a range of teams including Electrical Engineers and Operations Profressionals, ensuring they are equipped with the digital toolsthat best support them while ensuring they align with the overall vision and needs of the business.

About You

Having successfully led teams and digital transformation programmes, you will bring strategic vision while being able to deliver various projects on time and within budget. You'll thrive within an operationally focussed environment and sector that is rapidly evolving, in relation to both customer needs and technical capability.

With the ability to collaborate and influence, you will likely have held a similar programme management or change management role, utilising various project management methodologies:

• PRINCE2 experience is advantageous but not essential
• Those experienced in the likes of PMBOK, Agile and Lean are also encouraged to apply

Additionally, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification related to IT, business administration or project management.
