As Digital Retention Specialist, you will design and optimise digital supporter journeys that keep World Vision’s donors engaged and inspired. You’ll own the supporter portal and associated digital communications, ensuring experiences are personalised, data-driven, and seamless across channels. This is a chance to use your digital expertise to grow supporter retention, reduce churn, and deliver greater impact for children.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop personalised supporter journey requirements to optimise portal experiences, content, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and Tech teams, and WVI throughout the design, testing, and release of new features.
• Build and implement data-driven retention and churn reduction strategies.
• Align digital experiences with omni-channel projects and campaigns.
• Monitor and optimise performance using testing, analytics, and behavioural insights.
• Identify supporter experience issues and feed back to Supporter Care for resolution

About you:
• 3+ years’ experience in digital experience design, customer lifecycle management, or supporter engagement.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, behavioural targeting, and marketing automation.
• Skilled in journey design, optimisation, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and supporter experience platforms.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Analytical and curious, with the ability to translate insights into improvements.
