Bayley's are seeking a part time Digital, Social and Sales Support Administrator to join their high-performing real estate team.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administration support to a top-performing agent and their team, ensuring all listing documentation, contracts, and property information are managed efficiently and accurately. Your work will be central to creating a seamless process that delivers outstanding results for clients.
A key part of the role will also involve managing targeted Meta advertising campaigns, ensuring property listings are effectively promoted to the right audiences across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. You will play a hands-on role in supporting marketing initiatives, helping to maximise exposure and engagement for each campaign.
You’ll assist the PA as needed and step into the role during periods of leave, ensuring continuity of service and consistent, high-quality support across the team.
In this fast-paced industry, you’ll bring a quick thinking and a positive, cooperative attitude, ready to assist the team wherever required.
This role would also suit someone currently running or experienced in a work-from-home marketing or design business. The flexibility, creativity, and self-management skills developed in that environment translate well into this position, particularly when managing multiple campaigns, meeting deadlines, and producing high-quality marketing collateral.
Hours of Work
Tuesday 9am – 5pm
Wednesday 9am – 3pm
Friday 9am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms, including the creation, scheduling, and optimisation of content to support property campaigns and brand presence
Plan, execute, and monitor targeted Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring listings reach the right audiences and drive engagement and lead generation
Work within the client database system – data entry and updates
Assist with appraisal presentations and marketing design
Book marketing and open home bookings
Create case studies on sold properties
Update open home signs on signboards
Ensure campaign calendars are regularly updated
Compile newsletter
Compile open home information packs
Provide administration support to the PA as and when needed and have ability and capacity to cover the PA when on leave
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
Recent experience in an administration role – essential
Experience with paid social media ads across meta platforms including targeted ads – essential
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – attention to detail is vital with fast and accurate typing; a general understanding of technology; computer and technology savvy
Database experience would be an advantage
Property Suite experience would be a huge advantage
A knowledge and understanding of the sales process is preferred but not essential
Accustomed to working in an organised and highly systemised environment
